About this recipe:I often make this spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino when the cupboards are practically bare I've had no time to shop. It's simple and delicious. You can also use basil instead of parsley, if desired.
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
freshly grated Parmesan cheese to serve
