450g frozen spinach, pureed

Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Heat the spinach in a pot and just before boiling slowly stir in the cheese until it has completely dissolved. Boil the sauce briefly and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the pasta with the spinach sauce mix and serve.
