On special occasions I make white and dark chocolate mousse. I love both versions. For a very special occasion, you can make both and then layer the mousse in clear dessert glasses for a very impressive presentation!

200g white chocolate
50ml orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)
500g whipping cream

Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and half of the sugar until fluffy.
Place the white chocolate and Grand Marnier into a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Add egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff. Beat the cream until stiff. Fold the egg whites and whipped cream into the chocolate mix. Pour into a decorative glass bowl and leave to set in the fridge.
