    About this recipe: Quick and easy to make and it tastes great. Good way to use up leftover tomatoes. Add more chillies if you like it hot. Nice mixed with beef noodles, as a dip or on sandwiches.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 3 Jars

    • 3 green bird's eye chillies, chopped
    • 1 red chilli, chopped
    • 1 garlic clove, chopped
    • 6 to 8 tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
    • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
    • 1 pinch black pepper

    Method
    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:7min 

    1. Chop the chillies, garlic and tomatoes and place in a pan.
    2. Add heat and stir until the tomatoes have released juices. Add tomato puree, sugar, and black pepper.
    3. Blend and serve. You can eat it hot or cold.

    Serving suggestion

    Nice served as a dip with BBQ lamb or on chicken kebabs.
