    About this recipe: Lovely on a cold night and quick to make. Pan fry a pork chop whilst boiling a mixture of vegetables, and serve with an onion pan gravy.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1 pork chop
    • 1 white onion, diced
    • 100ml gravy
    • 1 carrot, diced
    • 1/2 cabbage, sliced
    • 5 broccoli florets

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Heat up your frying pan and drizzle on the oil. Place on the pork chop and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Place on a plate and keep warm; put the onions in the frying pan.
    2. Fry the onions until brown around the edges; pour in the gravy. If too watery, add a little cornflour. Keep on a low heat.
    3. Boil some water in a pan. Put in the carrots for about 1 minute, then add the cabbage and broccoli; boil for 7 minutes. Place on the plate along with the chop and gravy.
