Tender sirloin steak

    A juicy, beefy tender steak, seasoned with a simple rub of stock cubes, salt pepper and olive oil. Serve up with potatoes or chips.

    • 2 Knorr® beef stock cubes
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 pinches pepper
    • 1 sirloin steak

    1. Rub together the beef stock cubes with olive oil until it forms a paste. Add salt and pepper. Rub paste over the steak until covered.
    2. Cut lines in the fat of the steak with a sharp knife. Fry in a pan until the steak is done to your taste, then place in a warm oven to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
