About this recipe: Quick and easy stir fry recipe using convenient, pre-cooked premium cut of pork leg and ready-to-wok noodles.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 pack Tesco® Make a Meal with . . . Char Sui Pork
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 160g ready-to-wok noodles
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 15g chopped coriander
  • 30g roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 lime

  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Crush and chop garlic and spring onions then add to wok, frying for a minute.
  2. Slice the pork and peppers and add to the wok. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the ready-to-wok noodles, stir frying for 2 to 3 minutes until sizzling hot.
  4. Add the bean spouts and fish sauce and cook through for a minute, then stir in the coriander.
  5. Place on a plate and sprinkle over the peanuts and a squeeze of lime.
