I simplified this by toasting a slice of bread in the toaster , buttering the toast and sprinkling a generous amount of cinnamon sugar over it. I also shortened the time to 4 minutes. There were no measurements for the sugar and cinnamon so I mixed together 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon for a perfect combination and I have plenty left over in the shaker.
