About this recipe:This mousse is light, airy and packed full of flavour. Pumpkin puree is beaten with spices, milk, butterscotch dessert mix and cream. It's the perfect treat that's quick and easy to make.
In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, milk and instant dessert mix. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and fold in half of the whipped cream. Pour into an 20cm dish and spread remaining whipped cream over the top. Chill for 1 hour or until set.
