    About this recipe: This is perfect for icing cakes or cupcakes! Melt some chocolate into the mixture to make it even yummier.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 345g mini marshmallows
    • 55ml double cream

    Method
    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Place all the ingredients over a saucepan and heat over a low heat. Stir continuously until the ingredients have combined. Leave to cool until it looks ready to spread onto your cake.

    Great icing, so quick and easy to make. The kids and adults loved it. I used normal sized marshmallows and they worked just as well! I also added a bit more butter and cream than is stated in the recipe - 18 Jun 2015
