Chia seeds can be purchased in speciality health shops or online.
If you're not vegan or dairy-free, you can use dairy milk and honey in place of soya milk and agave nectar respectively.
I also whizzed everything except the chia seeds in a processor to mix them properly, I used almond milk in place of soya, and as I'm not vegan I used honey as the sweetener. Gives a really rich, luxurious pudding, absolutely delicious, all the quantities were perfect. - 06 Feb 2018
I do like this. I wizzed the milk and cocoa in a liquidizer, much quicker and then whisked the other ingredients a bit and then left overnight. Like the vanilla too. - 26 Sep 2013
