    About this recipe: This is probably the best tasting tofu dish that you'll ever try. Dried tofu is tossed with fresh coriander and spring onions in a sweetened soy-sesame oil dressing. Serve as a starter.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 200g fresh coriander, cut into 3cm stands
    • 200g flavoured dried tofu, cut into 1cm thick slices
    • 2 spring onions, chopped and fried
    • 1 tablespoons light soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • salt to taste

    Method

    1. Combine the coriander, tofu, fried spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar in a big bowl and toss. Set aside for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish.

    Ingredients

    Flavoured dried tofu can be purchased in Chinese/Oriental speciality shops or online.
