About this recipe:This is probably the best tasting tofu dish that you'll ever try. Dried tofu is tossed with fresh coriander and spring onions in a sweetened soy-sesame oil dressing. Serve as a starter.
200g fresh coriander, cut into 3cm stands
200g flavoured dried tofu, cut into 1cm thick slices
2 spring onions, chopped and fried
1 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
salt to taste

Combine the coriander, tofu, fried spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar in a big bowl and toss. Set aside for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish.
