About this recipe:
This is a light, simple and nutritious dessert. It's best made in the summer, when tomatoes are in-season. Peeled tomatoes are tossed with sugar, allowed to chill and then served.
2 (150g) whole tomatoes
2 tablespoons sugar

- Blanch the tomatoes and peel the skin. Cut each tomato into 6 wedges.
- Place the tomatoes in a big bowl, add sugar and lightly toss. Place the bowl into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the tomato wedges on two small dishes and serve.
