This is a savoury Chinese egg recipe. It's a hybrid between a pancake and an omelette. Eggs are blended with minced pork and seasonings, then pan-fried to perfection. You can make big, small, thin or thick cakes - the choice is yours.

250g minced pork
salt to taste
monosodium glutamate (MSG), to taste
ground white pepper, to taste
sesame oil, to taste
cooking oil, as needed

Beat the eggs in a big bowl. Add the minced pork, salt, MSG, white pepper and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
Pour enough vegetable oil into a frying pan (the oil should just cover the bottom of the pan) and heat.
Add the egg mixture. Swirl the pan to cover the bottom evenly with the egg mixture.
Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Transfer to a plate and serve.
