I'm not crazy about tofu, but this was unexpectedly tasty, even my meat-eating mother enjoyed it. I used rehydrated chilli flakes instead of fresh chilli peppers as I didn't have any to hand, and also omitted the chicken stock granules to make it suitable for vegans. I added some alfalfa sprouts, and extra spring onions. We ate it accompanied with rice, the sauce was really delicious. I'm sure I will make this again! - 22 Dec 2012
