About this recipe: This aromatic dish is simple, delectable and quick and easy to make. Julienned potatoes are stir-fried with coriander and other seasonings. Enjoy as a side dish.


Serves: 3 - 4

  • salt to taste
  • ground white pepper to taste
  • vinegar to taste
  • sesame oil to taste
  • finely chopped ginger to taste
  • finely chopped spring onions to taste
  • finely chopped garlic to taste
  • 100g coriander, cut into 2cm lengths
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 500g potatoes, julienned, soaked in water and drained

  1. Make the sauce by mixing together the salt, pepper, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, spring onions, garlic and coriander. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok until very hot. Stir-fry the potatoes for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute or until the sauce coats the potatoes. Serve.
