About this recipe:This cocktail is very refreshing. You will especially enjoy it at the end of a hot summer day. As for me, I can drink it even during the winter because I like to have a cocktail after a long day at work. Mojito is my favourite cocktail. It is also possible to use a blender to make this recipe.

Put the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass. Crush to extract the mint extract and lime juice (a pestle or muddler works best for this). Add two other lime wedges, sugar and crush again to extract the lime juice. Do not filter the juice. Fill half the glass with ice and stir. Stir in the rum and fill the glass with soda. Add a straw and the remaining lime wedge on the edge of the glass.
