About this recipe:Just four ingredients combine for a luscious watercress soup. If you can find fresh bunches of watercress in the market, even better - but a bag of watercress from the supermarket will taste fantastic too. You can also use veg or chicken stock instead of the water for richer flavour.
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
250ml creme fraiche
1 tablespoon butter
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
