Spinach filo triangles

    40 min

These filo triangles are vegetarian and baked in the oven. They are so easy to do that you can prepare them in a flash when you have unexpected guests... You can also freeze them unbaked, then pop them in the oven straight from the freezer as needed - just increase the cooking time.

I used puff pastry instead of FILO pastry! Also added chopped kabana, sin dried tomato and spring onion! Delicious!  -  25 Feb 2014  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)

Very nice. I also added roasted almond slivers inside the filo and sesame seeds on top. Will definitely cook this again  -  17 Jul 2014  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
