This is a beautiful recipe. Nice and buttery and chewy, not crumbly or hard at all. I used m&m's on mine instead of dark chocolate. I would also suggest a teaspoon ful of mixture when making a the cookies. I made 17 huge ones by using a tablespoon for each cookie. For kids, a teaspoon would make about 25 normal sized cookies.  -  27 Jun 2013  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
