Autumn vegetable salad


    I like black radish because if I have some when I have a cold, it clears up my nose! I like the taste of raw beetroot too. This is a surprising salad with a great mix of colours.

    Serves: 4 

    • 200g mixed salad greens
    • 1 raw beetroot, peeled and grated
    • 1 black radish, thinly sliced

    1. Add a handful of salad to each serving plate. Arrange the grated beets and radish slices on top of the greens in each plate. Serve with the dressing of your choice on the side.
