4 brioche slices (homemade if you have the time, it will be even better!)
100g foie gras, finely sliced
a pinch of sea salt
a small handful of fresh thyme leaves

Spread the fig jam on a slice of brioche (for a sophisticated presentation and before spreading the jam, remove and cut the crust of the brioche and cut the slice to form 2 triangles).
Add the slice of foie gras on the jam.
Add a small pinch of fine sea salt over the foie gras and one or 2 thyme leaves before serving.
