Multi-vitamin fruit juice

    This is an easy way to eat loads of fruit full of vitamins! Perfect at anytime, this fruit elixir is very refreshing and delicious. You need a fruit juicer to make this recipe.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 apples
    • 2 peaches
    • 1 kiwi fruit
    • 6 large strawberries
    • 4 carrots

    Method

    1. Wash fruit and cut them into pieces. Put them in a juicer.
    2. Add a little sugar or honey if you prefer to have a sweet juice. I never add any sugar as I think it is perfect as is.
