Kiwi fruit and peach crumble

    I needed to use the kiwis fruits I had languishing in the fridge. Crumbles are always a favourite, not to mention quick, so I gave this a go. It is a surprisingly light and tasty crumble that is a must-try for kiwi fruit lovers! Try serving with Greek yoghurt.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 or 5 kiwi fruit
    • 1 or 2 peaches
    • 30g butter, softened
    • 25g caster sugar
    • 50g wholemeal flour
    • 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier (optional)
    • Whipped cream

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Wash, peel and dice fruit. Layer them in a buttered baking dish.
    3. Pour the flour, butter, sugar and Grand Marnier in a bowl. Mix until the dough becomes crumbly. Crumble on top of the fruit layer.
    4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
