Spicy Seafood Sauce
A spicy seafood sauce for prawn cocktail.
Ingredients

- 450ml (16 fl oz) chilli sauce
- 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 4 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Tabasco Sauce to taste

- In a small bowl, blend the chilli sauce, horseradish, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Don't be afraid of the spice. I added lots of extra hot sauce and my whole family loves it! My wife will not eat prawns anymore unless I have this to dip them in. The horseradish is perfect, and the key to this recipe. FANTASTIC - 15 Sep 2008
