    A spicy seafood sauce for prawn cocktail.

    Serves: 10 

    • 450ml (16 fl oz) chilli sauce
    • 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • Tabasco Sauce to taste

    1. In a small bowl, blend the chilli sauce, horseradish, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

    Don't be afraid of the spice. I added lots of extra hot sauce and my whole family loves it! My wife will not eat prawns anymore unless I have this to dip them in. The horseradish is perfect, and the key to this recipe. FANTASTIC  -  15 Sep 2008
