Add some lightly caramelised minced onion to the meat and it will give a wonderful flavour to the meatballs.
bringing up my grandsons is sometimes hard to find foods they will eat but they ALWAYS eat meatballs of any description.....these look lovely, and inexpensive too, so tomorrow I shall be off to the shops for the pork mince as I already have beef mince in freezer. I will add some GRATED onion though like I do in everything, as they don't like bits of onion in their food. - 14 Oct 2013
