Moroccan veal and lentil soup

    50 min

I make this soup in a pressure cooker, it is so fast it seems silly to prepare it any other way. You can simmer the soup for an hour or so if you don't have a pressure cooker. You'll love this unique, flavourful soup anyway you make it!

Husband loved it. I thought it was enjoyable for a throw everything in the pot kind of meal. Didn't have fresh herbs or chickpeas so just used dried parsley and a can of white beans. Nice appearance. Didn't have to blend it.  -  20 Jul 2013  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
