I made these the other day following this exact recipe and they turned out delicious! Only difference was I didn't have caster sugar so I used regular but they turned out great! My mum and dad loved them too! So amazing that I'm about to make some more and enter them into the Bake Off we're doing at work. Thank you for sharing ^_^ - 18 Sep 2014
