This is a fabulous recipe for homemade soya yoghurt that you can enjoy for breakfast or a light pudding. Get your hands on some nice praline at a good sweet shop, or make your own.

1 pot natural yoghurt
7 tablespoons maple syrup
1 litre vanilla soya milk
8 tablespoons crushed praline

Mix the yoghurt with the maple syrup in a bowl then add the soya milk. Mix and fill up the yoghurt jars. Place them uncovered in the yoghurt maker and set it as per manufacturer's instructions (you can also bake the yoghurts in the oven at very low temperature (35-40 C).
When done, pour a tablespoon of crushed praline over each yoghurt and put the lids on. Refrigerate for a few hours before enjoying!
