About this recipe: Feta, coriander and mint are some of the ingredients in this Greek style dish. You can prepare them for a drink with friends and easily freeze them. Simply bake them in a 180 C oven straight from the freezer till warm and crisp.


Serves: 6 

  • 1 packet filo pastry
  • 300g feta, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche

  1. Mix feta, mint, coriander and creme fraiche in a bowl and add one tablespoon of mixture onto a filo pastry sheet and fold into a triangle.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry into hot oil in for 5 minutes,. Remove and place on kitchen paper. Serve warm.
