    About this recipe: This is a fantastic snack, breakfast or light dessert. Colourful, healthy and delicious. You can use digestives instead of the caramelised biscuits, or for breakfast muesli or granola work a treat.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 mango, diced
    • 3 kiwi fruit, diced
    • 15 Lotus Caramelised Biscuits, crushed
    • 3 natural yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)
    • caster sugar to taste

    1. Layer each glass with equal amounts of crushed biscuits, kiwi fruit, yoghurt and mango. Refrigerate before serving.
