About this recipe: This is a super-fruity version of the mimosa. Champagne is combined with pineapple juice, orange juice and a mango, peach and papaya mix. Enjoy in champagne flutes.

Tiger Bean

Serves: 15 

  • 350ml mango, peach and papaya juice, such as Tropicana, cold
  • 350ml pineapple juice, cold
  • 350ml fresh orange juice, cold
  • 750ml champagne, cold

  1. Stir together the fruit juices in a large serving jug. Just before serving, stir in the champagne.
