For a delicious start to your day try this breakfast which is ready in a jiffy, rich in fibre, and provides up to 2 of your five-a-day.
Add a variety by using chopped vegetables of your choice, such as beans or carrots. Add protein by stirring in a beaten egg.
I am not a fan of sweet breakfast, so i made this and have just eaten it...just right for me
