This dish is pretty similar to a fritatta, only it's made in a loaf tin. Sauteed courgettes and red pepper grace this delicious bake. Enjoy thickly sliced with salad.

turned out light and fluffy. added onion to the garlic and an extra egg and didn't really measure the creme fraiche - and cooked it a bit hotter at 220. apart from that - as per the instructions - lol! be great for summer lunch. - 23 Mar 2016
