About this recipe: Crisp chicory is combined with Roquefort and pecans, then dressed in a creamy yoghurt dressing.


Serves: 4 

  • 12 pecan nuts
  • 150g Roquefort or other blue cheese, crumbled
  • 8 chicory, cut into small pieces
  • For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a bowl, toss chicory, Roquefort and pecan nuts together.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing together cream cheese, yoghurt and salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad.
