Boozy Tropical Fruit Salad

    This is great dessert to make for special occasions. Pineapple, mangoes and raspberries are drenched in blackcurrant liqueur and champagne.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 pineapple, diced
    • 1 teaspoon blackcurrant liqueur
    • 2 fresh mangoes, diced
    • 300g fresh raspberries
    • 1 (750ml) bottle chilled champagne

    1. Place fruit in cups or glasses. Pour over champagne and blackcurrant liqueur. Serve.
