    About this recipe: This is a great way of serving dinner for a casual get-together. Allow your guests to cook their own salmon, scallops, prawns and vegetables on a hot stone grill. Enjoy with a variety of sauces.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 salmon fillets, thinly sliced
    • 8 scallops, horizontally sliced into 4 if large
    • 12 raw prawns
    • vegetables of your choice, such as asparagus, courgettes and mushrooms, sliced
    • sauces of your choice, such as tartare and bearnaise

    1. Arrange all ingredients onto a large plate.
    2. Heat hot stone grill about 20 minutes before enjoying dinner. Sprinkle with salt. Let your guests cook what they want.
