Creamy Orange Dessert
This dessert is quick and easy to make. Orange juice is heated with cornflour and butter and then chilled. It's similar to Angel Delight in texture - creamy, thick and delicious. For the ultimate orange flavour, try adding some grated orange zest to the mix.

- 2-3 oranges, juiced
- 5 tablespoons cornflour
- 60g butter

- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add the cornflour and stir with a wooden spoon.
- Cook over medium heat. Gradually add the orange juice.
- Stir and cook until thick.
- Pour into small ramekins or in a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
