    About this recipe: This is a fantastic way of making use of leftover pasta. The dish is quick and easy to make and everyone will love it. Pasta is baked in an egg custard. For the extra indulgence, sprinkle with grated cheese before baking.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100ml milk
    • 25g plain flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 knob butter
    • leftover pasta
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • ground nutmeg to taste

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Butter a baking dish.
    2. Mix together the eggs and flour in a bowl until smooth.
    3. Add the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg; stir well.
    4. Place egg mixture and leftover pasta into prepared baking dish.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
