About this recipe: This is a great way of making use of any leftover salmon. Smoked salmon, baked salmon, butter and dill are blitzed together. Spread on crackers, crostini or canapes. It also makes a fantastic sandwich filler.

    • 125g butter, softened
    • 125g smoked salmon
