About this recipe: These tasty little mouthfuls are incredibly easy to make. Smoked salmon is rolled with a pepper seasoned creme fraiche and cut into bite-sized pieces. Feel free to add dill or chives to the creme fraiche, if desired.
5 stars for taste but 3 stars for presentation - hence the overall 4 star rating. It might be that I put too much creme fraiche in but they didn't slice easily even after having been in the fridge and looked a bit of a mess. As a result, I didn't serve them to our guests but my husband and I ate them as an indulgent starter to our TV dinner then following night. Lovely! - 28 May 2016
