About this recipe:
This recipe is one of the Filpino traditions. It's very simple, quick and easy, and once you try this, you're gonna love it.
2 big chunks mango
250ml double cream
1 (1.250L) can condensed milk
2 packs Digestives biscuits
Extra time:2hr chilling ›
- Slice mango thinly; set aside.
- Mix the double cream and condensed milk together.
- In a large square bowl, pour a little of the cream mixture. Layer over some of the Digestive biscuits. Add a layer of sliced mango, and repeat layering the remaining cream, biscuits and mango.
- Chill the mango float for 2 hours.
