Mango float

    This recipe is one of the Filpino traditions. It's very simple, quick and easy, and once you try this, you're gonna love it.

    Serves: 10 

    • 2 big chunks mango
    • 250ml double cream
    • 1 (1.250L) can condensed milk
    • 2 packs Digestives biscuits

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:2hr chilling  ›  Ready in:2hr20min 

    1. Slice mango thinly; set aside.
    2. Mix the double cream and condensed milk together.
    3. In a large square bowl, pour a little of the cream mixture. Layer over some of the Digestive biscuits. Add a layer of sliced mango, and repeat layering the remaining cream, biscuits and mango.
    4. Chill the mango float for 2 hours.
