About this recipe:Deliciously warming glace cherries marinated in brandy then dipped in dark chocolate. So easy yet impressive and fab at Christmas. Once marinated, these little sweets only take minutes to make. Easy peasy!
Simply open the tub of cherries and pour brandy in, covering all the fruit. Put lid back on and leave to marinate overnight.
In the morning, drain the syrup and brandy. Set aside. Break the chocolate up into squares and melt in a glass bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
Using a cocktail stick, pick up one cherry at a time and dip in the melted chocolate. When coated, leave to set on a piece of greaseproof paper. Once dry, place each cherry brandy in a sweet paper and enjoy!!!
Be careful if driving or working machinery - they are quite potent!!!
