Banapple honey shake

    They say milk and bananas help you to gain weight. Too much maybe, but one glass of Banapple honey shake will keep you full, hydrated and hyper to a healthy extent. This recipe is open to added fruit and other yummy ingredients! Doubled to infinity to make a family treat!

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 banana
    • 1 apple
    • 3/4 of glass milk
    • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:5min chilling  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Mush banana in glass. If in possession of a blender or such (unlike me), go ahead and blend all ingredients together to save you going through all the steps. If so, Enjoy!
    2. Grate the apple and add to the glass. At this stage feel free to add more fruit!
    3. Stir in milk and honey.
    4. Either serve and enjoy immediately or place in freezer for 5 minutes to chill.

    Serving suggestion

    Add another mashed banana and serve on top of a chocolate loaf.
