    About this recipe: I found this recipe a little out of the ordinary. I usually make it when I have special guests coming over because the truffles make it a bit expensive, but it is really worth it.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 4 very fresh scallops
    • 1 large truffle sliced, cut into four thick slices
    • 1 teaspoon butter

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Ready in:7min 

    1. Make a slice half way through each scallop, just enough to insert one slice of truffle. Insert one truffle slice in each scallop.
    2. Preheat a frying pan on high and add the butter. When the butter starts to brown, add the scallops to the fying pan and cook for one minute on each side. Serve.
