About this recipe: Serve these chilled and marinated prawns as a starter or with a drink. Start a few hours before dinner, refrigerate and then serve when it is time! If you serve it as a starter, use a few wooden skewers as it will then be easier to serve.


Serves: 6 

  • 500g of king prawns, shelled and cooked
  • 80g fresh coriander
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh root ginger, cut in small dices
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  1. In a medium bowl (or a resealable plastic bag), add all the ingredients and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
