Easy peasy lemon squeezy! We really love these biscuits so much here. They are crunchy, sweet and they've got an excellent wholemeal flavour! By-the-bye, I made up this recipe myself - but don't let that stop you! I made it up to be inexpensive (so you won't lose much, anyroad - but I can't imagine that they might turn out wrong).
If you haven't got any powder, put in 1 teaspoonful bicarb and use buttermilk instead of milk.
Yup works. Nice with brown sugar. About 18 mins in a fan assisted 180 oven. Cut them up with a dog shaped cutter (dog biscuits ) and made about 36. Ate them with celery and ewe's cheese Tx Reeve - 04 Dec 2011
