About this recipe: A lovely side dish or starter of French green beans and Parma ham. I tend to serve this with Italian dishes such as veal or pork saltimbocca or marsala along with rosemary potatoes. Also nice cold as a salad for BBQ's.
Make in advance and serve as a cold salad with other salads for a BBQ.
Also nice with Prosciutto or replace with chopped cherry tomatoes.
