1 lemongrass stalk - bruised, outer leaves removed and very finely chopped
1 pinch ground turmeric
2 teaspoons curry paste
groundnut or vegetable oil as needed

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients well and shape into small bite size balls.
Heat groundnut or vegetable oil in a fry pan and shallow fry in batches until cooked through. Serve with toothpicks. A sweet chilli or soy based dipping sauce would also work well.
